Fig and chestnut fold into a cream fudge body, jujube deepening the fruit, wild sourwood honey pooled at the core. An Irish-cream note runs over the top, quiet and thick. The color lands somewhere between bruise and dusk. It doesn’t rush and it doesn’t explain. It just makes the thing you were worried about go away, and you don’t ask how.
Storage
Store sealed at 60–68°F (16–20°C) in a cool, dry place, out of direct light, heat, and humidity. Best within 21 days. Once opened, finish within 7 to 10 days. Do not refrigerate. The stones sweat and the cut goes dull. Do not freeze. Keep the lid closed between encounters. Fig may settle to one face of the stone. That’s gravity, not damage.
