Somebody’s got to run the late shift, and this pouch volunteered. Corn-and-rice cereal squares tumbled in a dusky tea-tan spiced-chai coating, a dark speckle of chai spice and roasted chicory pressed in while it sets, then dredged in spice-tinted powdered sugar. Cachaça-cinnamon warmth threads through it; molasses grounds the base dark and bitter-edged. It’s the grown-up in the fall lineup — less dessert, more the thing you reach for at 11 p.m. when the house is quiet and you’re not, technically, still hungry. Chicory reads imported and costs almost nothing, which is the whole trick.

Storage

Store sealed at 60–72°F (16–22°C) in a cool, dry place away from direct light, heat, and humidity. Best within 30 days of opening. Re-seal the zip top after every encounter — the powdered-sugar coating pulls moisture from open air and will clump if it’s left breathing. Do not refrigerate — condensation turns the powder tacky. Do not freeze. Contains black tea and chicory — mild natural caffeine and a bitter edge that deepens over the first day sealed.
